Denise Custer is a key part of the Pipes Properties Group. As a licensed agent with multiple designations under her belt, she not only assists clients throughout the process but also offers her vast knowledge in the real estate community in the Fair Oaks Ranch and hill country market.
She comes to Boerne from Arizona but has been in TX for 17 years, where she and her husband raised their now grown 3 children and has recently become a grandmother. Prior to her real estate career Denise’s background was in education. She feels her training there definitely transfers to the real estate arena, where one needs patience, endurance and the ability to assist people no matter their level of understanding of process.
Denise strives to build forever client relationships by earning their trust and confidence and loves helping the teams' clients from contract to close.
